If I could give Helzberg Cielo Vista 10 stars, I would!! I wanted to upgrade my wedding ring for my husband & I’s 10 year wedding anniversary. We had shopped around at other stores and quite frankly, they barely gave us the time of day. We went to Helzberg a couple of weeks ago and I fell in love with a ring, but Julissa, who was helping us let us know that they were having an event where the Jeweler would be by and have more options to show us. We showed up to the store for the event and from the moment we walked in everyone was so friendly and so helpful. The jeweler alongside Julissa & Samantha walked us through different settings, different shaped stones, I showed them some pictures of a few rings that I wanted to grab inspo from and together, we built my dream ring from scratch. Every single person there gave us amazing customer service, went above and beyond, great conversation and made the experience extra special for me. I left with my dream ring just 30 minutes later. Thank you Helzberg staff for being part of a special moment in our lives! We will definitely be back!!!

I have been buying jewelry and accessories for a few years now and I have never been let down. The hospitality of the employees is in matched. Whether I’m coming for a purchase or just stopping by for a chat, it’s always a pleasure stopping by. Something they did for my family is all the employees got together and threw a gender reveal for us in house. Great time with everyone and honestly wouldn’t have been better with any other store. Thank you Samantha and her team.

Over 10 yrs ago my husband bought Helzberg diamond jewelry for me every year from a wonderful salesman named Frank. I no longer live in El Paso. I now live in Glendale, AZ & the Helzberg personnel here can not even close to the Cielo Vista Helzberg in El Paso, TX & their personnel. known

Great service, the personnel is very kind and friendly, TJ hat attend us and was only speaking English but was very receptive and wanted to help us always, great discounts too, I just found out the earrings y bought had 50 % disc at the cashier, I was wow!
